Your Monthly Subscription Was Billed Again After You Canceled?

Typically this isn't a problem if the internet connections are all working correctly.  However, there can be those instances where a slow internet connection can cause your attempt to cancel to fail. In those instances, the system would "not know" that you cancelled and on your billing date would renew.

The best thing to do is to notify us immediately at support@rockmymarket.com that you got billed again after you cancelled your subscription and ask us to reverse the billing and ensure that your subscription is now also completely cancelled.  We will take care of this for you on our end.  

Please note, we only refund one month because you would have received the services as well as the charges, so please alert us immediately.
